Refund & Return Policy

The Core Rule
Because beer is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or offer "change of mind" refunds once an order has been dispatched. For safety and quality reasons, all beer sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your box arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong beer:

  1. Email hello@canhaus.co.uk within 48 hours.

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage/error.

  3. We will either ship a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Failed Delivery & Age Verification 
If your order is returned to us because no one 18+ was available to provide ID, or because the address provided was incorrect, we will refund the cost of the beer minus the original shipping fee.

Merchandise (Glassware, Apparel)
Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds (minus original shipping) will be processed once the items are back with us.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us immediately. We can cancel any order that has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
